How to Take Care of Your Nursing Cups
Simple steps to keep your B cups hygienic, shiny and ready for the next feed.
Before the very first use
Wash your cups in warm soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. They are ready to wear.
Between feeds
Rinse the cups with warm water after each use. A drop of mild, unscented soap is enough. Pat them dry and let them air for a few minutes before placing them back into your bra.
Daily care
- Wash once a day with warm water and mild soap.
- Dry thoroughly — moisture is the only enemy of silver.
- Store in the cotton pouch when not in use.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges and dishwashers.
Bringing back the shine
Pure silver naturally develops a soft patina over time. To restore the original shine, gently polish with a dedicated silver cloth. Never use bleach or aggressive silver dips on cups that touch your skin.
